The Comprehensive Air Canada Transformation – A Case Study

Masterclasses are one of the many ways the Telfer Executive MBA program supports the lifelong learning objective of our alumni community.

Our upcoming Masterclass is on Tuesday, November 7th, 2017 from 7am - 10am at the Desmarais Building (main campus). Continental breakfast will be served from 7-7:30am and the Masterclass will begin at 7:30am.

Calin Rovinescu, CEO of Air Canada and uOttawa Chancellor, will lead the Masterclass on “The Comprehensive Air Canada Transformation – A Case Study”. Air Canada has been one of the best performers on TSX as well as on the global airline index. Calin will cover all of the key items such as balance sheet improvement, commercial growth, ‘global champion’ ambition, brand differentiation, product and service improvements, long term labour stability, pension plan deficits/surplus, key financial targets and CSR.

*In order to obtain a seat at the Nov 7th Masterclass, your attendance is mandatory at a preparatory session being held on Monday, October 30th, 6 pm – 8:30pm, with Professor Dana Hyde. The prep session will be held at the Centre for Executive Leadership, Suite 200 – 99 Bank Street, and a light dinner will be served.
